Titha's Cottage has three bedrooms, one with bunk beds, one double with lovely seaviews from the picture window on the first floor, and one double en-suite with sea views on the second floor. All bedrooms have black out rollers blinds with additional decorative window dressings.

The first floor shower room has a large shower cublicle with toilet, basin and heated towel rail and the second floor en-suite contains a whirlpool bath, toilet and basin and heated towel rail. Both bathrooms have underfloor heating. The upstairs accommodation is carpeted throughout.

Downstairs there is a front sitting room with two sofas and a log burner - for cosy winter nights in. The wood panel flooring throughout the downstairs provides the home with a contemporary feel whilst retaining its charm as a cottage.

Across the hall is the Shaker style open plan kitche /diner. This is a lovely, bright room with bifold doors at the far end - giving a maximum view of the sea beyond and a spacious feel to the area. The doors are fully extendable providing a large living space in warm weather.

The fully equipped kitchen area has an extendable table and chairs with seating for 4-6 people and this leads through to the seating area with a large sofa and two chairs with wall mounted TV. Beyond here, the bifold doors lead to a private, enclosed, decked outside area with table and chairs for al fresco dining.

Parking - parking is available along South Street a few meters away from the property.

During the summer months parking can be difficult , but there are two overnight car parks within 5 minutes walk from the cottage.
